the backyard

Yesterday Aaron performed the ceremonial first cutting of the grass, which is a welcome sign that spring is almost here. Ahhh....the smell of fresh cut grass. It reminds me of how much work we have to do to get our backyard into shape. I can't wait!

I love all of your new posts! I can't wait for spring and the smell of cut grass. Maybe soon! Hank looks so cute in his new pictures and the egg hunt practice is a good idea! Go Hank!

you've been a posting maniac today! fun to read all those posts.. hank is too cute! too funny about practicing for the big hunt! he'll be sure to do well now!

that is my goal this year to have a garden.. I am going to do raised beds too.. have you seen the clement's raised garden's? he is a great gardner.. yours looks nice!

thanks for the understanding comments.. sometimes I am too much of an open book...I guess I just miss where I have been, and the really good friends that I have had.. and it has been more work than I imagined being here in orting.. good to know I am not alone in those feelings.. not that I am glad you've had a tough time too, but hopefully you get what I mean..

you guys seem like such fun parents..potty training.. good luck with that.. I have had the hardest time with luke who will be 5 in july.. I have seriously been trying to potty train him for 2 years.. but my sil potty trains all of her boys at 18-24 months.. and they are DONE, she never uses pull ups.. crazy huh? anyway.. hank is smart, and hopefully for you he enjoys being clean and dry!
good luck with that.. and yes.. let's do a book group!
