Here is just a sample of what my typical night (last night) entails:
10:30 - Feed Max, lay him in bed. Goodnight!
11:30 - Hank wakes up screaming with a night terror, calm him, put him back to sleep.
1:00 - Max hungry, feed Max, put him back in crib.
1:45 - Max still hungry, prepare formula, give Max bottle, put Max back in crib.
3:30 - Max fussy, burp Max and rock back to sleep.
4:15 - Max hungry again. Feed Max and put back to sleep.
5:15 - Aaron wakes up, gets ready, leaves for work.
6:30 - Hank wakes up, then wakes Max up. Good morning!
Despite the fact that I work around the clock, I'm constantly sleep deprived, and the pay sucks, I wouldn't trade my job for the world!

Dont you just love nighttime! Im sorry Max isnt sleeping through the night yet, hopefully soon:) I think working would be easier sometimes, but the benefits of this job are way higher and more meaningful.
Oh man! I know how that goes. Hang in there. I know that you know that it gets easier, but sometimes it helps to be reminded.
What am I talking about? I was up 3times last night with the girls!
AAHhHHH!! I don't know if I'm ready for this yet! I guess there's no stoppin' now!
I'm sorry! That is rough. Keep at it though, you are doing a great job. If Hank rididng a trike and Max's thighs aren't proof of your great mothering skills, it don't know what could be!
I am totally feeling you on that one. Some nights I wonder if I should just kick Bryan out and bring all four kids in bed with me. Then at least I don't have to get up I can just roll over and tend to which ever one is in need.lol. Every one keeps telling me it gets better...um Katie is 7 and I still don't sleep. :) That's why we all blog. lol
Boy can I relate to this post! I am SO tired...I don't know if I'm coming or going! And are you still working too? Let me know how that is, if you are!
